Prayer for England Day 115

I’ve just heard about the boycott of Israeli goods campaign which has apparently been in operation for the past 10 years. There are many companies who have either already boycotted goods from Israel or are under pressure from the “big campaign” to do so. This is clearly a campaign built on ignorance rather than any clear understanding of historical fact upon the dictum of international law that came into force in 1917 by way of the Balfour Treaty.

BT, Tescos and the Co-op are 3 companies that have been targeted for their dealings with Israel. The Co-op I believe has agreed to boycott Israeli goods but I am slightly perplexed why Tesco’s would have been targeted due to its roots of being a Jewish company to begin with. The name Tesco’s originates from the name of the person who created it Tessa Cohen.

Beside my being rather picky about the origins of a company the fact of the matter is to boycott Israeli goods is further fulfilling the curse upon this nation for its disgusting behaviour towards the Jewish nation in the early part of the 20th century. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to join me in praying for this nation to come to its senses and to bless Israel in buying goods from that part of the world. There is blessing in this act as the word of God states in Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you………….

I am still in faith for God to do an amazing work through my prayer and intercession for this country to repent and enter into the blessing of our eternal Father to fulfil His glory.
